Robert Kunisch, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Robert Kunisch has been a chiropractor since 1982. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, he graduated Cum Laud from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia. He completed his certification in Clinical Acupuncture from Texas Chiropractic College in 2006. Dr. Kunisch’s philosophy is to treat the whole body. In his Chiropractic practice, he uses gentle “hands-on” manipulation, specific acupressure, and relaxing percussive therapy. He adds personalized exercises and stretches to eliminate pain and to restore function. He enjoys teaching his patients methods to continue to support their bodies. In addition, he offers Acupuncture services with traditional needles for specific cases. Dr. Kunisch is married to Debi, and they own and operate Kunisch Wellness Center together.
Debi Kunisch, Licensed Massage Therapist and Ideal Protein Coach
Debi Kunisch(LMT#003779) is from Grapevine, Texas and lived on the island of Guam for a few years as a child. She has been a registered massage therapist since 1990. After prior careers with Southwest Airlines and Diet Center, Inc., Debi completed her training at The Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage in Austin, Texas. Debi has trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. She also has extensive training in Prenatal Massage and her specialty is neck (cervical) massage. She also is certified in Spa Services thru Biotone, Inc. of San Diego, Ca. Debi and Dr. Kunisch have two children, Celeste and Chad. Celeste is married to Justin Conlee, and they reside in Georgetown, Texas with their two children, Truett and Violet. Chad now lives in Heaven.
Holly Brocato, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Holly Brocato has been chiropractor since 2023. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas on April 15th, 2023, Her chiropractic philosophy is one of holistic wellness. She believes that through the use of nutrition, chiropractic care, and patient education, we are able to restore the autonomic nervous system to the most optimum functionality each patient’s genetics will allow. Originally from Deer Park, Texas, she graduated from the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Human Performance with a minor in biology and a specialization in Occupational Therapy. She and her husband Marcus Brocato recently moved to Hutto with their daughter Isabella (3), her Mother-in-Law, Father-in-Law and Sister-in-Law while they build their family home in Holland, Texas. Her elder children are following their dreams and living their best lives; Reid (27) is a Welder in Oklahoma, Regan (24) is in Billing and Coding at a clinic in Clear Lake, Texas, and Camarin (22) is studying Healthcare Administration at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
Celia Diaz, KWC Office Manager
Celia is a native of Taylor, joined our team in 2007 and has two daughters, Celicia and Cerena. Celicia is a graduate from The University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, with a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy. Cerena is a pianist and attending college to pursue a degree in Interior Design. Celia enjoys spending quality girl time with them as well as attending church at Celebration Church in Georgetown, where she serves as a leader with Radiant Sisters
Elizabeth Stacy (Liz), Chiropractic Assistant
Liz Stacy joined our staff in 2001 after moving to Taylor from Indiana. She has an Associate’s Degree from Temple College. Liz works closely with Dr. Kunisch as a Chiropractic Assistant, helping provide therapy for patients. The staff members at Kunisch Wellness Center wear many hats, performing different tasks to better serve our patients. Liz has a son, Noah, who has completed a Bachelors and then Master’s program with St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas and works at The University of Texas at Austin. Liz is married to Lance Stacy and she assists him with their business, Lance Stacy Pro Sound, LLC.
Andrea Alford, Front Desk, Customer Service
Andrea has been a patient of Kunisch Wellness Center for several years and was excited to join our team in 2022.You will see her part time at our front desk greeting you with a great smile and a warm hello. She is a people person who truly enjoys helping others. Originally from Tennessee , her family moved to Texas and she is a graduate from Georgetown High School in 2004. She has lived in Taylor for the past 18 yrs with her husband, Travis and they have two daughters, Makinze and Baylee. When Andrea is not spending time with her family, she enjoys being outdoors walking her dogs and kayaking. She also enjoys her creative hobby of photography for friends and family.
Nicole Smith, LMT, Lead, Licensed Massage Therapist
Nicole Smith(LMT#106631) joined our staff in 2007. She graduated from Austin School of Massage in San Antonio in 2004. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial techniques, and Pre-natal massages, As well as and spa services. She is available at Kunisch Wellness Center throughout the week.
Rex Fuller, LMT, Licensed Massage Therapist
Rex(LMT#030975) was born on a farm in Southern Indiana. He graduated from Rose-Hulman with a bachelor of science in chemical engineering in 1996. After recovering from nonhodgkins lymphoma in 2000, he sought out the warmer weather of Austin, Tx and best massage school in Lauterstein-Conway. He graduated from Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage. Rex specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports along with Spa Services. Rex enjoys gardening, barbecuing, and playing indoor and outdoor sports especially tennis and basketball. His favorite show is Firefly. He joined the team at Kunisch Wellness Center in 2008.
Addie Finch, LMT, Licensed Massage Therapist
Addie Finch(LMT#104979) graduated from Austin School of Massage in 2007. After graduating, she has earned certificates in Deep Tissue, Trigger point, and Migraine release. Addie also holds a Massage Therapy Instructors’ license that allows her to spend time teaching others the art of massage. She joined our team with the hopes of healing and relaxing clients and patients close to home. She is also a Yoga Instructor and teaches locally.
Addie grew up in Milam County and has since settled in Taylor with her son Parker. They live an active life spending most of their time outside, enjoying the lake, park and working out.
Brad Anderson, LMT, Licensed Massage Therapist
Brad has been in the spa industry for over 14 years and has enjoyed every minute of it! He has been a long time friend and colleague of Debi and Dr.Kunisch. You can find him on Wednesdays and Thursdays at Kunisch Wellness Center. He also works full time at a Day Spa.
Brad is a graduate of Lauterstein Conway and is trained in Swedish/Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Spa Body Treatments, and Sports Massage. He highly recommends Hot Stones Massage, as the heat from the stones penetrates deeper into the muscle tissue, giving an extra layer of relief. He also includes therapeutic stretching into every session.
Originally from Minnesota, he has been in Texas long enough to be called a Texan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling with his wife to see new destinations around the world
Kathy Svoboda, Licensed Esthetician
Kathy comes to us from Avenue Five Institute in Austin, TX. After working as a lab tech in the medical field for over 30 years, she found the desire to change careers and pursue the world of esthetics. She has a passion for helping others improve and manage their skin care needs. Specializing in relaxing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, lash and brow tinting and waxing.
She and husband Jeff have lived in Hutto for over 25 years. They have two grown children. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys yoga and organic gardening.
Crystal Jensen, Cryoskin Technician, Licensed Esthetician
Crystal was born and raised in a small town in New Mexico where she learned she had a passion for skincare. She graduated from the International Dermal Institute in Dallas in 2005. Longing to be a part of a small town community again , she found a home in Taylor and quickly became part of the KWC family in 2021. She specialized in cryoskin treatments with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. She assists in tailoring treatment plans and custom at home regimens.
Pam Kovar, Ideal Protein Coach
Pam has been a patient and client of Kunisch Wellness Center for several years and was very excited to join our team in 2017. With Debi, Pam is an Ideal Protein Coach. She has been a resident of Taylor since 1993 when she married her husband, Steven, a Taylor native. She is the mom of three daughters and one son, and Nana to four grandsons. When Pam is not spending time with her family, she enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with friends.
