Our Swedish therapeutic full body massage is approximately one hour and includes in sequence, your back, neck, arms, hands, legs, feet, upper chest and face. We also use a clay heat pack on your back for deep moist heat. Our therapists will do a very firm and soothing massage and use deep tissue work and stretches when necessary.

DEEP TISSUE/STRUCTURAL MASSAGE $115.00
The therapist will concentrate on the problem areas or postural distortions with deep myofascial massage and stretching. This is not necessarily a relaxing massage but focuses on your area of pain and is effective for chronic conditions. Allow approximately one hour for this treatment.
HOT STONE MASSAGE $115.00
Most of our therapists incorporate hot stones in their massages from time to time but this session uses the hot stones the entire massage. It promotes DEEP relaxation and De-stressing of the mind and muscles. This session is approximately an hour and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

SPORTS MASSAGE $66.00
For our young athletes. The sports massage is a FULL BODY MASSAGE in a 30 minute time period. Massage therapy involves the manual stimulation and manipulation of your muscles. The Sports Massage will include massage, stretching and percussion with heat and sometimes ice. The therapist will determine the best approach for the athlete.

Lymph Massage is a specialized, gentle “hands on” technique to improve drainage of the lymphatic system. This improves the bodies ability to detoxify and remove excess fluid retention, promoting health and regeneration.
